1. What kind of properties are sold at auction?
Properties sold include tax deed properties, foreclosure homes, land, commercial real estate, Tax Deed and more.
2. Do I need to be a Florida resident to bid?
No. Anyone can participate in Florida property auctions, including out-of-state and international buyers. We can help with this as part of our service.
3. What’s the cost for the services?
$2,500: Covers services for one or two counties (one time only)
$5,000: Covers all counties in Florida, giving you access to a wider range of opportunities. (one time only)
10% for services fee per property.
4. What is required to participate in the auction?
We open an account with the appropriate county courthouse or online auction platform. Most counties require a deposit (usually 5-10% of your expected bid) to be placed before bidding. This is typically submitted online.
5. Is financing allowed?
No. All auction purchases are cash-only and must be paid in full, usually within 24 hours after winning the bid.
6. How much can I make on average per flip?
Our clients average between 20-30% per flip with 2-4 turnarounds per year, totalling more than 100% return per year which can mean doubling the amount. (2x)
